Julie and Peter (hendelhunteracro) are excited to announce they will be offering a weekly acroyoga class in the fall of 2026!
You can expect a great, consistent group of amazing people and a supportive, fun atmosphere. As you probably know, we love to do lots of diverse warm-ups, flyer- and base-drills and a mix of all acroyoga elements: flows, popping, icarian, whips, h2h, standing, therapeutics.
What we chose to focus on is also up to the group and we are playing with the idea of a "coaching corner" part of some classes where you can work on anything you like, and we'll offer our best coaching on it.
We want to become better human beings through the practice of Acroyoga, and how we practice is more important than what we practice.
No matter if you are flowing, drilling, popping, doing a creative task, spotting, massaging or anything else, we invite everyone to show up with listening ears, a loving, courageous heart and a good mix of silly and honest, so we can be ourselves, practice safely and grow together.
We are looking forward to build a great community with you through our acroyoga practice and can't wait to meet you and tell you things while you are upside down!
Everyone who has joined our intermediate / advanced classes before are welcome, and anybody new is also welcome preferably with 1-2 yrs experience and some good basics in place.
