Join a welcoming community where we explore movement, trust, creativity, and fun together.
The course is beginner level and focuses on learning the technique and fundamentals of all three AcroYoga roles: base, flyer, and spotter.
The course includes: Yoga-based warm-up Strength and conditioning, Handstand practice, AcroYoga fundamentals and poses, Review of all basic poses, AcroYoga flows, Transitions between poses and flows, Thai massage .
